Our specialty is "Chaeyuk," juicy, carefully selected pork with skin boiled until hot.It is made with domestically produced sticky pork and is served with our special yangnyeom.The yangnyeom is delicious whether you use chojang, a chili pepper vinegar miso made with aged gochujang, or salted shrimp yangnyeom, which is made from salted shrimp imported from Korea.

There are plenty of rare dishes that are hard to find in Korean restaurants in Japan.Jeon is a dish of marinated and baked eggs, and this is "Chinese cabbage jeon," made by carefully brushing egg liquid onto a whole piece of Chinese cabbage.Please enjoy it with chokajang (vinegar soy sauce) for a refreshing taste. It goes perfectly with our proud makgeolli.

Jean's specialty "Raw Makgeolli" is unheated and fermented right up until the moment you drink it, so it's full of yeast and enzymes. The abundant lactic acid bacteria is gentle on the stomach, and you can also taste the rich flavor and slight carbonation from natural fermentation.You can enjoy your sake in a heavy brass sake cup, which has been used for ceremonial purposes in Korea since ancient times.
